If you will be flying into Birmingham, we recommend flying into Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM). If you will be flying into or out of another airport, please indicate that in the comments field.

We are happy to reimburse prepaid airfare prior to Annual Conference. Receipts may be sent to john.fleischauer@umcna.org.

Ground Transportation
If you will be flying into Birmingham, we will provide you with a Lyft pass that will allow you to use the rideshare service with charges billed directly to the Conference. Details will be provided prior to your arrival, and you are welcome to use the pass for the duration of your time with us, including transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and around town as needed.

Lodging will be provided as part of our staff hotel block at the Marriott Birmingham Grandview, which is located approximately 10 minutes from the Annual Conference venue.
