Thank you for your interest in serving as a youth or young adult member of the 2026 North Alabama Annual Conference!

Overview of the application process:

Priority will be given to those who can participate in the entire 2026 Annual Conference session. Youth and young adult members may be asked to arrive a day early for pre-conference activities.
Your senior pastor must approve your application. Once you submit your application, it will be emailed to your senior pastor. It is your responsibility to ensure your pastor acts on your application by December 31, 2025.
Your District Superintendent will make the final determination of who will serve as the District’s youth and young adult members. Youth and Young Adult District members’ costs, including hotel and meals during Annual Conference, will be covered by the District.
All applicants selected by their District to serve as a Youth or Young Adult Member will receive notification in early 2026.

Annual Conference will be held May 28 – 30, 2026 at Asbury United Methodist Church in Birmingham, and youth/young adult members may be asked to arrive a day early for pre-conference activities and orientation. Please note that while you will be considered even if you cannot participate in the full conference, preference will be given to those who are able to do so.
